The sword scabbard is completely detachable and each part can be put away. so according to the body of the blade you adjust the length of the scabbard for the blade. it was written here in the review: "could have been made less cheaply".... I absolutely disagree! It looks very good, the parts are metal except for the long part and the part with the inscription - and still it looks very good!
