No stand or gloves in box

Light sabre is great. However no display stand or gloves arrived in the box as described in the des option of what’s included

Luke Yo Neopixel

I chose the Neopixel version. I’m a first-time buyer. It arrived safely. The battery was barely charged so after initial start up the LS became immediately unusable. It is not easy to remove the lithium battery from the housing and I needed to prize it out, which meant it got damaged: the outer plastic around the battery split and the white o-ring at one end is now loose. This affects the connection … NSabers has offered me a €20 refund, which I am grateful for, thank you.
The instructions are inadequate: small & lacking info - especially for a first-time-buyer. An expensive toy.
HOWEVER, when it works it looks fantastic! Brilliant colours. Sounds amazing. But definitely requires patience to figure out how to use it. My teenage daughter thinks I’m a nutcase but what can you do?!
Couple of suggestions NSabers:
1. Increase the size and info in your instruction leaflet. If it’s a cost concern, thinner paper (recycled) and larger sheet size.
2. A spare battery plus a tool to help prize the battery out of its housing would be useful. The spare battery especially, as that means one battery can be charging whilst you use the other. It’s a small, silly thing, but it may help your customers appreciate that you get why they’ve bought it. They may deny it, but all men are just big kids and we just want to play.
Despite some initial concerns,.. I would buy another 😃 NSaber… what this space..
