1. What’s Included in Your Lightsaber Package

Video 1 – Unboxing & contents overview

This video walks you through everything that comes in a standard Nsabers package, so you can quickly check that all parts are included. Typical contents include:

  • Lightsaber hilt
  • blade
  • User manual
  • Accessory/installation kit (with USB charging cable and tools)

Follow this video to confirm that your order is complete before you begin assembly or charging.

2. How to Assemble the Display Stand

Video 2 – Stand installation & protective film

This video shows how to assemble the acrylic display stand that comes with some models.

  • Carefully peel off the yellow or clear protective film from both sides.
  • Avoid using sharp tools that may scratch the acrylic.
  • Slot the pieces together firmly until the stand is stable.

After assembly, you’ll have a clean, scratch-free stand ready to display your saber.

3. How to Install the Blade

Video 4 – Correct blade installation

This video shows you how to correctly install the blade into the hilt.

  • Insert the blade fully into the emitter.
  • Make sure the blade end sits flat against the LED/connector inside the hilt.
  • Tighten the retention screws until the blade is secure (do not overtighten).

You can use this method for both standard in-hilt LED blades and Pixel/Neopixel blades. A properly seated and tightened blade is essential for safe dueling.

4. Charging an All-in-One Chassis

Video 5 – Charging a fixed (non-removable) core

This video covers sabers with an all-in-one chassis that stays inside the hilt.

  • Connect the included USB cable to the charging port.
  • Plug the other end into a suitable USB power source.

Always follow the recommended charging specs given in the video and your manual.

5. Charging a Removable Chassis / Battery Core

Video 6 – Charging a pull-out core with a charging case

For sabers that use a removable chassis or battery core:

  • Unscrew the pommel/end cap (do not open the hilt from the middle).
  • Gently pull out the chassis/battery core.
  • Place the core into the dedicated charging case.
  • Connect the charging case via USB to a 5V 2A charger or computer USB port.

Using high-power fast chargers is not recommended, as it may damage the battery or electronics.

6. How to Check if the Battery Is Working Properly

This video helps you diagnose basic battery contact issues:

  • Install the battery following the + / - markings.
  • Listen for a power-on or boot sound when the battery is inserted.
  • If there’s no sound, gently bend or adjust the metal battery contacts so they press firmly against the battery.
  • Reinsert the battery and test again.

If the saber still does not power on after following these steps, please contact Nsabers customer support with a short video and your order number.

7. How to Use a Hilt Connector (Double-Bladed Setup)

Video 8 – Connecting two hilts into one staff

This video shows how to join two compatible hilts into a single double-bladed saber:

  • Remove the pommel caps from both hilts.
  • Screw the connector onto one hilt.
  • Attach the second hilt to the other end of the connector.
  • Tighten fully so there is no wobble between the two hilts.

Connectors are commonly used with dueling sabers, but the method applies to any compatible Nsabers hilts with matching threading.

9. How to Install and Use a Belt Clip

Video 9 – Covertec wheel & belt clip installation

For carrying your saber on your belt, this video covers:

  • Attaching the Covertec wheel if it is not pre-installed.
  • Clipping the wheel into the belt clip as shown.
  • Safely clipping and unclipping the hilt while walking or posing.

Belt clips and Covertec wheels are usually available in our Accessories section.

10. How to Wrap the Grip Tape

Video 10 – Grip enhancement & tape wrapping

Some Nsabers models include grip tape or a strap to improve handling. This video shows:

  • How to start the wrap so it stays secure.
  • How tightly to pull the tape for maximum grip.
  • How to finish and secure the tape neatly at the end.

A properly wrapped grip increases control during spinning and dueling while keeping the hilt looking clean.
