Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return

Defective or faulty items upon arrival (must be reported immediately).

Non-defective items, if the following criteria are met:

The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Contact our support team at support@nsabers.com to submit a return request for approval.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 48 hours if the return meets the conditions.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, your order number, or other information.
- Returns are processed through our regional fulfillment network. The correct return address for your order will be provided after you initiate a return request, based on your shipping origin and product category.
Return Shipping

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that original shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee

A $30 USD restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns in acceptable condition.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please note:

A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

The fee is calculated based on the total amount paid, excluding any applied discounts.

Cancellations must be requested before the item is shipped.
Warranty Policy
At Nsabers, all products are covered by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery, subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions set forth below. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products purchased directly through authorized Nsabers sales channels.
Nsabers reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a reported issue qualifies for warranty coverage after review of the customer’s description, supporting photos, videos, troubleshooting results, and any other relevant information requested.
1. Warranty Coverage
The Limited Warranty covers the following, provided the issue arises under normal and intended use:
1.1 Arrival Damage or Missing Components
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, the customer must notify Nsabers promptly upon receipt and provide appropriate evidence for review.
1.2 Soundboard or Core Malfunction
If the soundboard, core, or other covered internal electronic component ceases to function under normal use during the warranty period, the matter may be reviewed for warranty eligibility after the customer has completed the requested troubleshooting steps.
1.3 Manufacturing Defects
Defects in materials or workmanship exceeding industry-accepted tolerances may be considered for coverage under this Limited Warranty.
1.4 Replacement Parts During Warranty
Where Nsabers determines that a defect is covered under warranty, Nsabers may provide the necessary replacement part(s) at no charge for the part itself.
However, the customer shall remain responsible for all shipping, handling, customs, duties, taxes, and related delivery charges associated with the replacement part(s), unless otherwise agreed in writing by Nsabers.
Nsabers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decide whether the appropriate remedy is troubleshooting support, replacement part supply, partial replacement, or another commercially reasonable solution.
2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
This Limited Warranty does not cover, and Nsabers shall have no obligation with respect to, any of the following:
2.1 Normal Wear and Tear
This includes, without limitation, cosmetic scratches, finish wear, fading, discoloration, minor looseness developing through normal use, and other non-functional signs of ordinary wear.
2.2 Duel-Related or Impact Damage
Damage resulting from sparring, dueling, impact, drops, blade strikes, stress fractures, or similar physical force is excluded, especially for models with delicate, thin-neck, collector, or replica-oriented designs.
2.3 Misuse, Abuse, or Neglect
Any damage arising from improper handling, water exposure, incorrect charging practices, over-tightening, forced disassembly, modification, neglect, or intentional misuse is excluded.
2.4 Improper Operation or Incompatible Use
Issues caused by use outside the intended operating conditions, installation of incompatible components, unauthorized customization, or failure to follow provided instructions are not covered.
2.5 Third-Party or Unauthorized Purchases
Products purchased second-hand, through resale, or from unauthorized sellers, marketplaces, or channels are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
3. Additional Conditions
3.1 Proof of Purchase
Valid proof of purchase may be required before any warranty request can be reviewed.
3.2 Customer Cooperation
The customer may be required to provide photos, videos, measurements, troubleshooting confirmation, or other evidence reasonably requested by Nsabers in order to assess the claim.
3.3 No Guarantee of Full Product Replacement
Warranty coverage does not automatically entitle the customer to a full product replacement, exchange, or refund. The remedy, if any, will be determined by Nsabers based on the nature of the issue and product availability.
3.4 Shipping Responsibility for Warranty Parts
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, replacement parts approved under warranty are provided free of charge for the part itself only; shipping and related logistics costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

To start a claim, please submit a support ticket. Our team will respond within 48 hours.
Return Eligibility Verification
To ensure proper handling, all returns must be authorized in advance through support@nsabers.com. Our returns team will provide:
- (a) Your order number, name and email addresse;
- (b) the appropriate return address based on your order region;
- (c) packaging and labeling instructions.
Please allow 1–2 business days for return authorization response.
Product Use & Safety Disclaimers

Polarity Check: Always align the + / – ends of your battery correctly to avoid damaging the board.

Charging Safety: Only use a 5V 1A charger. Do not charge your saber for more than 3–4 hours, and avoid overnight charging.

Blade Installation: Always insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting the blade, which may damage internal components.

Core Handling: Insert the core gently — twisting or forcing it may break pin connections.

Hilt Maintenance: Do not unscrew the saber at the center joint; this may loosen internal wiring.

Unauthorized Modifications: Altering software files or hardware components voids the warranty and disqualifies the product from returns or refunds.
