Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

  • Defective or faulty items upon arrival (must be reported immediately).

  • Non-defective items, if the following criteria are met:

    • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

    • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Return Process

  • Contact our support team at support@nsabers.com to submit a return request for approval.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 48 hours if the return meets the conditions.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, your order number, or other information. 
  • Returns are processed through our regional fulfillment network. The correct return address for your order will be provided after you initiate a return request, based on your shipping origin and product category.

Return Shipping

  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please note that original shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

  • A $30 USD restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns in acceptable condition.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please note:

  • A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • The fee is calculated based on the total amount paid, excluding any applied discounts.

  • Cancellations must be requested before the item is shipped.

Warranty Policy

At Nsabers, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Each saber comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

What’s Covered

  • Arrival Issues: If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please report it to us immediately upon receipt.

  • Soundboard Malfunction: If your soundboard stops functioning under normal use, contact us after reviewing our troubleshooting guide.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any defects beyond industry-accepted tolerances will be reviewed for eligibility under warranty.

What’s Not Covered

  • Wear and Tear: Cosmetic scratches, minor fading, or normal usage wear are not covered under warranty.

  • Duel-Related Damage: Cracks or stress fractures caused by combat — particularly on delicate or skinny-neck designs — are omitted.

  • Misuse or Neglect: Any damage resulting from dropping, water exposure, improper handling, or intentional misuse.

  • Incorrect Operation: Using the product outside its intended function or with incompatible components.

  • Third-Party Purchases: Items bought second-hand or outside authorized Nsabers sales channels are not covered.

⚠️ Important:
Attempting repairs or modifications without our approval will void your warranty. Always contact Nsabers Support first before making changes.

To start a claim, please submit a support ticket. Our team will respond within 48 hours.

Return Eligibility Verification

To ensure proper handling, all returns must be authorized in advance through support@nsabers.com. Our returns team will provide:

  • (a) Your order number, name and email addresse;
  • (b) the appropriate return address based on your order region;
  • (c) packaging and labeling instructions.

Please allow 1–2 business days for return authorization response.

Product Use & Safety Disclaimers

  • Polarity Check: Always align the + / – ends of your battery correctly to avoid damaging the board.

  • Charging Safety: Only use a 5V 1A charger. Do not charge your saber for more than 3–4 hours, and avoid overnight charging.

  • Blade Installation: Always insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting the blade, which may damage internal components.

  • Core Handling: Insert the core gently — twisting or forcing it may break pin connections.

  • Hilt Maintenance: Do not unscrew the saber at the center joint; this may loosen internal wiring.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Altering software files or hardware components voids the warranty and disqualifies the product from returns or refunds.
