Are Nsabers lightsabers designed for dueling and combat?
Yes! All Nsabers lightsabers are engineered for full-contact dueling. The blades are crafted from durable, slightly flexible polycarbonate that can absorb heavy blows without shattering.
For intense dueling, we recommend the RGB core, as Neopixel blades contain LED strips that can be damaged by high-impact strikes.
Can I connect two hilts to create a double-bladed saber?
Absolutely. As long as at least one of your hilts has a threaded end, you can use a saber coupler to link them together and form a staff-style lightsaber. If not, you can purchase a connector separately.
Can I change the blade color?
Nsabers lightsabers come preloaded with 12 colors that can be changed at the press of a button.
If you're using an S-RGB or SNV4 Pro core, you can access an infinite range of colors through the ForcePark V2 app.

What is a soundfont?
A soundfont is a custom set of audio files and programming that controls the sounds and animations of your lightsaber. It defines how the saber sounds when igniting, swinging, clashing, or deflecting blaster bolts. Each soundfont also features iconic phrases or effects from various themes.
How are soundfonts different from regular sound effects?
Soundfonts are themed packages that give your saber a unique sound personality. The core sound effects—ignition, swing, clash, etc.—are found in all sabers, but each soundfont alters how these effects are played, offering a different mood or cinematic fe
How do I connect my saber to the app via Bluetooth?
Make sure your saber has an S-RGB or SNV4 Pro core.
Search for and install the “ForcePark V2” app from your app store.

What should I do if my lightsaber won’t turn on?
Remove the battery and check the spring inside the battery compartment. Reinsert the battery securely, and try powering on again.
Can I use the charging port to access the SD card?
No, the charging port isn’t designed for SD card access. To manage SD card files, you’ll need to use an external card reader.
For Proffie boards, some programming adjustments can be made through the charge port.
Can I switch from an SNV4 Pro core to a Proffie core?
Yes. Both are Neopixel-compatible cores, so they use the same blade type. You can easily swap out the core without needing to replace the blade or hilt.
Where can I download the configuration file for my saber?
You can access and download config files from this Google Drive link if you need to reset or update your saber’s settings.
Can I completely turn off a Proffie saber?
Proffie cores are built to stay in standby mode. If you want to fully shut it down, simply remove the battery.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Nsabers ships worldwide and offers free standard shipping on all lightsabers.
However, due to certain restrictions (even galactic ones!), some locations may be temporarily unavailable. If your country is listed at checkout, we can ship to you.
When will my order ship, and how long will delivery take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–12 days, though most customers receive their saber within a week.
Please note: international deliveries may take longer if held at customs.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Use this number on our tracking page to monitor your delivery.
Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us to update the address. Once it's in transit, changes may not be possible, and additional charges could apply.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
No, our shipping partners cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). A physical address and signature are required.
Where does Nsabers ship from?
We ship from warehouses in the USA, UK, and Hong Kong. To ensure each saber is securely packed, most orders are fulfilled from our Hong Kong facility.
Payment
How can I pay for my order?
Nsabers supports all major payment methods. If you don’t see an option that works for you, please contact us.
We also offer 4 months installment payments through PayPal for added convenience.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. Did my order go through?
First, check your spam or junk email folder. If you still haven’t received anything, please reach out to our support team.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact us to modify the details. Please note that cancellation may incur a small fee.
Do I need to pay import tax?
For most countries, import taxes are not required on lightsabers.
If you're in the EU, you can select our logistics option that includes taxes—so there’s no extra charge at delivery. We’ll keep you updated if any tax policies change.
What does “Your card does not support this type of purchase” mean?
This message means your bank is declining the transaction. Please either contact your bank to allow the charge or try a different payment method.
Warranty / Returns
Do Nsabers lightsabers come with a warranty?
Yes! Every Nsabers lightsaber comes with a one-year warranty covering any issues due to manufacturing defects. If you experience a problem within that year, we’ll provide replacement part at no cost. After the warranty expires, we still offer repairs—replacement parts may incur a fee.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How do I begin the warranty process?
Reach out to us with a detailed description of the issue, along with photos or videos. Include your order number for faster support.
If a repair is needed, we’ll provide the return instructions after evaluating the case.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my saber?
No, the warranty only applies to the original purchaser. If the saber is sold or traded, the warranty becomes void. We track all orders by customer record.
Can I return the saber if I simply don’t like it?
We offer repairs or replacements for products with factory defects. Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or provide refunds for preference-based reasons.
Can I send back an unopened box without contacting support?
Please don’t send back items without notifying us first. Unscheduled returns may get lost in transit, and we cannot take responsibility for those cases.
